Kerry Ong is the General Manager, Customer Distribution at Iress, leading distribution and customer engagement strategy across the wealth segment. With deep experience spanning Australia and the UK, Kerry brings a practical, end-to-end understanding of financial advice, technology and distribution. Before moving into executive leadership, Kerry spent 11 years as an authorised representative across both retail and private wealth, giving him first-hand insight into the commercial, operational and client realities advisers face every day. Prior to joining Iress in early 2023, Kerry held senior leadership roles at Insignia Financial, where he led teams focused on advice efficiency, process optimisation and client engagement at scale. At Iress, he has been leading Customer facing teams before stepping into his current role. Kerry is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and is passionate about helping advice businesses leverage technology to drive growth, improve efficiency and deliver better client outcomes.
